Here's how it works: half your visitors see one version of a page, half see a slightly different one. Once enough people have seen both, we keep whichever version sold more, then test the next idea.
Month by month, your store gets better at selling, based on what your customers actually do, not on guesses. It can also cover seasonal homepage refreshes for launches and holidays.

Questions founders actually ask
Is the free redesign really free?
Yes. No card and no strings. I build your homepage redesign and send you the link. If it's not for you, that's the end of it.
What do you need from me for the free redesign?
Just your store's website and your email. If there's anything you already want changed, tell me in the form and I'll factor it in.
Is it built inside my own Shopify, or somewhere else?
Inside your own Shopify, as a normal Shopify theme. The preview link you get first is only there so you can see and choose the design. The real thing lives in your store, in your name.
Will my store go down while you work on it?
No. I build on a copy of your theme. Your live store keeps selling as normal until you approve the new design.
Can I switch back if I change my mind?
Yes. Your current theme stays saved in your Shopify, so switching back takes one click.
Will I be able to edit it myself?
Yes. Everything is built as sections in Shopify's theme editor, so you can change words, photos and layouts without touching code.
Can you use my own copy and photos?
Yes. If you already have copy and photos you love, I build the design around them, and you can swap any of it later in the theme editor.
Will it look like a template?
No. It's built inside your Shopify theme, but designed around your brand: your colors, fonts, photos and customers. No two stores I build look alike.
Can you redesign just my homepage?
Yes. You can start with your homepage and keep the pages you already like exactly as they are. If you love it, we can carry the same look across the rest of your store later. Your call.
What happens to my apps, reviews and SEO?
Your apps and reviews are kept and tested before launch. Your product and collection links stay exactly the same, so the pages Google already knows don't change address. I also set up the basics, like page titles, descriptions and image alt text.
Will a theme update wipe out my new design?
No. Shopify never updates your theme on its own, and your new design lives in your own copy of it. If you ever want a newer version of your theme, I can carry your design across.
How long does it take?
Your free redesign arrives within 24 hours. Once we go ahead, a full redesign usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly we go back and forth on approvals.
How do I know it will work for my store?
You see the redesign before you pay, so you judge it with your own eyes first. Then, after launch, ongoing CRO tests changes on your real visitors and keeps whichever version sells more, so your own numbers decide.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your store and what you need, so I quote after our call. You get a written proposal with one clear price before any work starts, and if you want anything extra later, that's quoted in writing first too.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. Once you've approved the design, you add me as a staff member in your Shopify admin. No password sharing, and it doesn't cost you anything.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes, and that's usually when we start ongoing CRO, testing and improving your new store month by month. Either way, I'm still a message away whenever you want something changed.
My store isn't on Shopify. Can you still help?
Shopify is my focus, but I also build on WordPress and Wix. Mention it in the form and I'll tell you honestly what I'd suggest.
Do you do Amazon too?
Yes. I design Amazon Brand Stores and A+ Content, so your Amazon page looks like it belongs to the same brand as your store.
